CHECK UP Weekends run between 10am-2pm, both Saturday and Sunday of the weekend. You are welcome to come to one or both days.

CHECK INN Weekends include a light lunch at 1-1.30pm

CHECK UP Weekend’s are free of charge if you are coming as a day visitor.
Accommodation is still available at our usual rates and subsidies.

Your RSVP helps us with catering and programming our sessions.

• March 29th – 30th / The Ocean as a metaphor for spiritual growth. 
• April 26th – 27th / Healthy growth comes as we anchor our experience into life, inwardly and outwardly.
• May 31st – 1st June / Developing Depth in our journey towards wholeness.
• June 28th -29th / As Matariki continues we will be exploring more in our kete.
• July 26th – 27th / Transcendence & Repression – how to have one without the other?
• August 30th – 31st / Living a full spectrum life – what would that look like?
• September 27th – 28th / How can rough seas & crises be a ‘beneficial force’? 
• October 25th – 26th  (Labour Weekend) / The Observer and the Tides of Life.
• November 29 – 30th / Celebrating who we are becoming.
