When: 13-15 March 2026
Facilitated by experienced counsellor Kelli-Ann Spear
There are moments in a woman’s life when everything shifts.
The end of a marriage.
The leaving of a relationship.
A move to a new town.
A decision to finally choose herself.
“Moving On” is a gentle but powerful weekend retreat created for women standing at a threshold. It is not about rushing forward or pretending everything is fine. It is about pausing. Breathing. Reflecting. Reclaiming.
As a counsellor, I have sat alongside many women navigating endings and new beginnings. I have witnessed the grief, the courage, the fear, and the quiet strength that emerges when a woman realises she is allowed to begin again and I myself have experienced moving on in the most powerful way.
This weekend is a space to:
- Honour what has been
- Release what no longer serves you
- Reconnect with your identity
- Step forward with clarity and confidence
You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up.
What Does “Moving On” Mean?
‘Moving On’ does not mean:
- Forgetting.
- Dismissing the pain.
- Pretending the past did not matter.
Moving On means:
- Integrating your story.
- Learning from what has been.
- Choosing yourself.
- Stepping forward with intention.
Moving On is about transition — the sacred in-between space where endings become beginnings.
