NATURE IMMERSION WEEKEND
Developing a deeper connection with nature awakens us to our own true nature and our deep interconnectedness with all of life. Through explorative exercises, guided nature walks, meditation, sacred ritual and creative expression we will engage in authentic connection with Self, each other and Nature. There will also be time to rest & recharge within the beautiful natural surroundings of Piha and enjoy connecting with a like-minded community. Last year our ‘Nature Connection Weekend was very popular so please book ahead.

ANNUAL WEEKEND OF PREPARATION FOR CHECK UP LISTENERS
This is an ONBOARDING weekend of preparation, sharing ideas, planning and developing our 2026 metaphor for the popular monthly free CHECK UP Weekends. This is our focus weekend for our dedicated CHECK UP ‘LISTENERS’ who, for two years now, have come once a month to listen to us as we are learning to move into ‘our own levels of wisdom’.

MOVING ON – Pause, Reflect, Release, Reclaim
There are moments in a woman’s life when everything shifts. ‘Moving On’ is a gentle but powerful weekend retreat created for women standing at a threshold. It is not about rushing forward or pretending everything is fine. Honour what has been. Release what no longer serves you. Reconnect with your identity. Step forward with clarity and confidence.

MARCH WOMEN’S CHECK UP WEEKEND
Join us on Saturday OR Sunday for our CHECK UP Weekend where women will have informal opportunities to grow deeper into their own Purpose, Meaning and Value. There is NO cost* for these weekends.

This months focus: AIR is our metaphor for 2026. Remembering our birthing stories of ‘how’ we took our first lungfuls of AIR.

Women’s NO Cost, informal CHECK UPs where we share experiences of how AIR as our 2026 metaphor has revealed new levels of wisdom gifted into our lives.

This months focus: AIR is our most life-giving gift. We don’t earn it. We don’t labour (work) for it. AIR is a free gift.

FINDING OUR CREATIVE VOICE – A WOMEN’S ART THERAPY WEEKEND.
A restorative weekend, focusing on exploring the wisdom of our inner voice through a variety of expressive arts – art, craft or writing. During our weekend together, nestled alongside the black sands of Piha, we will support you to use creativity to explore the landscape of your life experiences in ways that promote personal growth and change.

November WOMEN’S CHECK UP Weekend
All women are welcome to join in our final, NO cost, informal exploration of AIR as our 2026 metaphor. AIR, not only gives us life but supports, strengthens and comforts us in every aspect of life.

This months focus: AIRing our insights and the new resources that are enriching us as we move into our future.
